College of Charleston Website Migration Request Form

Use this form to initiate the process of migrating your existing website into the College's new design. The process is a collaborative effort between Information Technology, Marketing and Communications, and your department. Please identify an individual in your department that will be responsible for your website as well as the migration project. Migration can take time depending on the amount of content on a website, so plan accordingly.

College of Charleston websites are required to have an assigned primary web maintainer responsible for the site. A secondary individual is recommended in the event that the primary is unavailable.

Primary Webmaintainer

The primary and secondary web maintainers are expected to attend training before gaining access to the content management system.





Secondary Webmaintainer

The primary and secondary web maintainers are expected to attend training before gaining access to the content management system.







SECTION D - Submitting this form

The content management system will be governed by business rules and it is expected that all sites using the content management system will comply with the College of Charleston Brand Manual, Privacy Policy, and Web Policies and Guidelines. By submitting this form, you and your division head agree that you will complete the required training, observe all expected business practices for the content management system and your site will comply with the College of Charleston Brand Manual and Web Policies and Guidelines.
