Requests for excused absences must be given in writing two weeks in advance. In addition, choral faculty must be notified of unexpected absences via the online form prior to, or as soon as possible after, the specified missed rehearsal. Supporting documentation (e.g. doctor's note) must be given to the conductor in a timely fashion.
