MonoTouch - Mono for iPhone development signup survey
MonoTouch is a static compiler for C# and other static CIL languages that allows developers to use C# for developing iPhone applications while taking advantage of Apple's native APIs for developing iPhone applications.
Garbage collection, multi-threading and other CLR features are available to write applications but there are some limitations on what Mono can do due to the security system in the device. See http://www.mono-project.com/MonoTouch:Limitations for more information about the limitations on MonoTouch.
MonoTouch is feature complete, but some polish is still required before we can release it to the public. We are looking for developers that might be interested in providing feedback to us on how to improve this product.
MonoTouch is a commercial product based on the open source Mono project and at release time it will be licensed on a per-developer basis. We are planning on launching MonoTouch on the first week of September.
This survey will help us select developers to invite to this preview.
