Informal Proposal: LeakyCon 2009

Dearest Applicant(s),

Please fill out the following form to submit your informal programming proposal. You will be contacted once a decision regarding your proposal has been made. Should you have any questions please contact informalproposals@leakycon.com. Thank you for your submission!

Types of Informal Programming Proposals:

-Presentations-
During LeakyCon we hope to offer a wide range of presentations exploring all of the various different aspects of fanart and crafts in the Harry Potter fandom. This is your opportunity to share your fanart portfolio, discuss what inspires you, or walk us through your technique for creating your art.

-Gallery-
The LeakyCon Gallery is a place for people to submit their 2-D and 3-D fanart and crafts to be viewed throughout the conference. Anyone may submit up to five pieces which will remain in the gallery to be enjoyed by all conference attendees. Though you do not have to be registered or attend LeakyCon to submit art to the gallery, you do need to be registered to visit the Galleries.

-Beta, Drabble, Sketch, and Art Critique Booth-
Do you not have the time or resources to submit completed art for LeakyCon but still want to get involved? Then the Beta, Drabble, Sketch, and Art Critique booths are the perfect way to do so! These booths are areas where you will be able to interact with conference attendees and based on their prompts draw quick sketches, write up small short stories, or offer crique of their existing drabbles or sketches.

-Tutorials-
This is your opportunity to help others by sharing some of your favorite techniques for creating Harry Potter related art. Examples of a tutorial might be offering a step by step example of how you created a certain craft, or share some of your own techniques which you use for drawing and creating fanart.

Note: You can fill out multiple seperate proposals for each different category.

Cheers and Good Luck!
