University of lethbridge garden cooperative new membership form

This form has been constructed to help the cooperative collect and organize information so we stay on top of things. This information will only be used for inside the cooperatives use and will not be sent or given to any person or organization without your permission. At this point in time the garden is in planning stages and if things go right the construction will start this spring! Prices for membership have not yet been discussed but we are planning it won’t cost more than two bottles of wine and some nice goat cheese.
