Complete this form to register a group of more than 10 people for the 24th Annual Empowering Women of Color Conference on Saturday, February 14th, 2009 from 8:30am-5:30pm in the MLK Student Union on the UC Berkeley campus. Please don't forget to print out, sign, and bring your waiver of liability form to the conference. This form is posted on the registration page of the EWOCC website. Group registration is only available during the On-Line Registration Period between December 19th – January 30th. You don’t have to register each person on-line, you can simply complete one online form for the group. The group discount rates are $18/person for general public and $8/person for non-UCB students and seniors (don’t forget to bring your IDs to the conference). As a group, you can pay the group registration fee with your company/institution check on the date of the conference; checks should be made payable to “ASUC”. If you have an unaffiliated group, you are still eligible for the group rate, but you will have to pay cash on the date of the conference.
