When and how will your help be needed? I. Before the event: for creating decorations, goody bags, helping buy the food, etc. II. Day before the event: Decorating the venue, setting up the activities, etc. III. Day of the event: Helping at the various tables, inventory & pack up after the event. We need a few strong people to help carry food and drinks during the setup and take-down.
