New Year’s Orders: Please complete this order form and submit a payment of half your total by 11 p.m. December 26, 2008.
Pick up in Lakeview or Delivery on December 30, 2008 between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Delivery charge: (7-$11) depending on where you live in the city
Deposits of half your total are required to secure your order.
