I am thrilled to be able to share my knowledge and experiences in this fun, lighthearted way. It is my belief that we can all stand to be a bit healthier and enjoy life more fully. But, achieving optimum health shouldn't be bothersome or stressful. This class will empower mothers (and fathers) to tune in to their natural instincts and trust nature's healing tools. Healing becomes so much simpler once we grasp a few key concepts. Our children will thrive as we learn to work together for community-wide recovery from allergies, autoimmune disorders, autism, a.d.d., and those familiar but mysterious symptoms that have been keeping our little ones down.
