Yale Law School Financial Aid Questionnaire 2009-2010

Yale Law School’s named, endowed scholarship funds contribute to the overall strength of financial aid that we offer to students. This quick questionnaire will help us identify which of these named scholarships you may be eligible for. The Law School expects students who receive grants to help provide stewardship through letters, reports, or meetings with donors.

Please take a few minutes as soon as possible to fill out the questionnaire below by checking all that apply to you and return it to the Financial Aid Office.

In addition, you are required to submit to us a brief bio about yourself at the end of this survey which will be used for reporting purposes only to the scholarship donor(s). Sample bios are attached for your convenience. If you are a continuing student who has received a named scholarship in a previous year, please be sure to submit updated information on your bio.

In the fall we will also be asking you to send us a current resume and to write a thank you letter to your donor. We will email you in the fall with more specific information.
