Bard College Event Registration Form

IMPORTANT: This form must be submitted 5 days before the date of your event (10 days is using a Residence Hall space such as Manor)

Use this form to register any event at Bard with Security and the Office of Student Activities. This is REQUIRED for all student events in Kline, Manor, SMOG, Bard Hall, the Root Cellar, and pretty much any other event after 7pm where more than 20 people are likely to show up.

"Why should I register my event?"

When you register your event, we coordinate with safety and security to make sure that they are aware of the event, and have the contact information for the planners in case there are any questions. If your event is not registered through the Student Activities Office, you stand the risk of having it shut down.
