Rules and Regulations: 1. Eligibility: Only Florida International University students who are member of SHPE FIU Chapter. Excluding the Executive board member of such chapters. Students must not be in the last semester of school.
2. Qualifications: To be qualify for the scholarship students must submit the following: • Letter of Recommendation from FIU Staff/Faculty • Entry form (THIS FORM) • Participate in SHPE events (meetings, social events, conferences, Engineering Week, Engineering Expo, etc) • Show university and community spirit. 3. If both of 1. and 2. Requirements are met then the student will be considered for the scholarship. The awarded student will be notified by then end of the semester. 4. The prize will be given in a visa card. 5. The money should be used for the purposed listed in the form. 6. The money awarded should never be used for illicit acts or illegal participation. 7. In the event the regulations are violated the awarded will be reported to FIU officers to be punished as law requires. 8. The scholarship package including all qualifications must be submitted to SHPE FIU. The hard copy requirements must be taken to EC 3240.
