This online tool is created in pvLearners to demonstrate the capabilities of "surveys/forms" in Google Sheets. Because all employees and all students (and therefore parents) have pvLearners accounts, this is yet another feature in the toolbox. The types of questions that can be delivered through this tool are highlighted below. Item results are provided in a spreadsheet format under your "Documents" with graphical analyses also generated.
Using a classroom management technique, one could also use this tool for automatically-graded classroom assessments. Example - have students raise hands before submitting, make username the last question (see below), and teacher verifies as student submits. I'm also seeing this tool being used for online "form" generation, in an attempt to get away from paper in our workflow - stay tuned. Sweet......;-)
