st vitus dance class signup

Please fill out the form below to sign up for classes at St. Vitus' dance. Please also sign up for any classes you are teaching. If you are signing up for a two hour class, please select 'FREE/NO CLASS' for the second hour. Musicians: there is no separate signup for the all-day practice room; just select 'FREE/NO CLASS' if you plan to spend some time there.
