SFSU Student Organization Event Scheduling Request Form, College of Creative Arts

Upon submission, your information will be reviewed by the College of Liberal & Creative Arts Office of Event Management. If your event is feasible under CCA guidelines, your information will be forwarded to LEAD for approval. Once approved, your event will be given a hold on the CCA Production Calendar. You will then be required to consult with Creative Arts Technical Services in order to outline your support needs and fill out a Facilities Use Agreement. All events are tentative and subject to cancellation until a signed agreement is in place. While it is our intention to serve the campus community in assisting with as many events as possible, realize that all usage of CCA venues, classrooms, and resources therein is subject to availability.
