Readme Note, from Bob Boeri -- What is this thing anyway?

.

10-Dec-07When we started creating this document.

.

David Savage came up with this idea, although others of us suggested additional "stars."

.

Basically this document is simply a list of Whitefield or WHS acquaintances, and movie stars we think remind us of them.

.

If you know how to use Excel and want to add your own entries (e.g., a new persona for David Savage), simply go to the bottom of the document on the "Stars" tab and add your own entry.

.

If you understand spreadsheets, you know you can also sort by columns. Simply click on the top of each column to do that.

.

To email to someone on the "Whitefield Stars," simply click on their email address

.

It's OK to name a person who is already on the list, and to give them a different actor persona!

.

11-Dec-07Please note that you should use your complete email address, not double-quotes indicating "same as the above" since if I or somebody sorts the column, what was the same as above may change.

.

13-Dec-07Welcome to all wanting to add new "Stars" to the list. If you can't figure out how to do this... chances are I haven't invited you to add things to this document. So if you want to add your 2 cents worth, send me an email and I'll let you into the inner sanctum. Please don't change anybody else's "Stars" nominations -- although feel free to add your own, even if that contradicts what others have added. And if you want to leave a comment, do that on the "Your Comments" tab. Enjoy!

.

14-Dec-07Separately and on my web site, I'm also considering (when I get some spare time) adding a page of scanned antique Whitefield postcards. Anyway, go here for the site link: http://my-words.org/album/album-whs-top.htm (sorry ... you'll have to copy/paste that address to your browser until/unless I can figure out how to make it "clickable).
