Teachers for Tomorrow Program Application for Admission
I have examined the special features of Teachers for Tomorrow, which combines undergraduate coursework in the Liberal and Civic Studies Program with early field experiences and theory courses in the School of Education at Saint Mary's College of California. This program leads to a Bachelor of Arts degree at the end of four years, and at the end of five years, a Multiple Subject teaching credential and possible Masters of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree with additional coursework and research components. I recognize that this program is designed for freshman and sophomore students, including transfer students, who have a strong academic record in high school, good writing skills, and enough foreign language study (preferably 3 years) to enable them to completeL&CS languare requirements with two courses or fewer. (This prerequisite for admission can be waived for students willing to attend summer session to complete their foreign language requirement).
