In 2008 OCS formally adopted NPS (Net Promoter Score)* as its organisational performance measurement methodology. Your contribution is highly valued and greatly appreciated as part of OCS' NPS implementation. NPS is a continuing process and as such you may submit your NPS survey as frequently as you deem appropriate. We welcome input into how we might improve our NPS survey and please use the additional comments box and the end of the survey to pass on your thoughts.
