Thanks to the amazing work and generosity of Reclaiming witches in past years, there are a limited number of partial scholarships available for Dandelion 2010. It is our hope that we as a community can be transparent about money and can work together to share the available funds amongst ourselves so that all individuals who desire it may attend. May we dare to dwell in abundance...may we know beyond doubt that there is enough for all.
When considering your own scholarship request, we ask that you consider and ask for what you need, holding the awareness that others will need financial support as well. Scholarships will be given in the order they are requested, and you don’t need to explain why you need a scholarship. Maximum scholarships are $200 for the full 5 days and $100 for the weekend. Below, please indicate if you need a scholarship to cover part of your registration costs for D2010, and if so, how much you are requesting. You will be contacted by our registrar to see if Dandelion 2010 can offer you a scholarship.
How are you getting to Dandelion? Please note below if you can give a ride to the event or if you need a ride to the event. If you need a ride to the event, please contact email@example.com so that we can best accommodate your needs.
Donations have kept Dandelion alive and sustainable and are most gratefully accepted. Please indicate the amount you'd like to donate, and if you'd like for it to go toward the Scholarship fund or to Camp operations/food costs. If you are giving to the Scholarship fund, you may also specify if you would like that amount to go towards the current gathering (2010) or future gatherings.
The pricing you see here will change as we get closer to the gathering. Registration fees will increase by $30 per person for late registration after September 1st. Cancellations will be refunded in full prior to July 1st, by 50% after August 1st - and there will be no refund after Sept 1st. Cabin space is limited so we ask that people who require cabin space register early. When the cabins fill we will begin a waiting list to make space if there are any cancellations. There is ample space for tents/camping.
Try as we might we cannot always accommodate special diets but the Grove kitchen is skilled and generous so we encourage open communication around food needs. If you have requests regarding food, please contact us in advance for discussion (firstname.lastname@example.org) or come prepared to take care of your own special needs.
