Do you have an event coming up that you would like the UF Law Communications Office to help out with? So we can better assist you with what you need and to understand what services we will need to provide, we have listed a few questions here for you to consider.
Depending on the size, goals and intended audience of your event, the communications office can offer the following options:
-Design printed brochures and/or programs
-Create a promotional e-mal blast for you to send to contacts of your choice
-Write a press release to be distributed to appropriate media contacts and submitted to the FlaLaw newsletter
-Include coverage of the event in FlaLaw
We recommend contacting us at least six weeks prior to your event.
When considering which services might apply to your event, please consider the time frame that will be necessary to complete the desired tasks. For example, if you need printed materials, they must first be designed, then approved, sent to the printer, proofed by all parties and finally printed.
